Perfect for the home workshop, this 150mm bench grinder runs quietly and smoothly. The motor has plenty of power for grinding or for cleaning if you wish to fit a wire wheel.

The eyeshields have magnifying lenses to help when sharpening. The guards feature built-in lights, which throw light exactly where it's needed. The steel rests are easily adjustable and the base has a built-in tray for either coolant water or use as a small storage drawer.

Fitted with 20mm wide 80G and 120G white aluminium oxide stones, the AW150BG is perfect for light sharpening and re-shaping tasks. White stones reduce the risk of overheating a chisel or blade (although it is still a good idea to keep dipping the edge in water to keep it cool).

An excellent machine for any small home workshop.

Note: When a grinder is new or when changing stones it is important to dress the stones to ensure the front face runs true. We recommend using a suitable dresser in order to get the most out of your grinder.
