Unique multi-hole pad takes virtually any 150mm sanding disc. A 150mm diameter pad coupled with a powerful 400W motor means this sander is going to work hard and get the job done. With variable speed (5,500 to 12,000rpm) you have full control from very coarse to very fine sanding. What sets this sander apart is the sanding pad. You are not confined to using a proprietary brand of abrasive. The GEX 40-150 has a multi-hole design pad, which allows the use of virtually any brand of abrasive. In addition, the design ensures greater dust extraction efficiency. This results in an improved surface finish and extends the life of the abrasive. A patented de-coupled housing and large areas with soft-grip inserts ensure low vibration values for this class of sander. Fitted with a highly efficient dust box with a built-in Bosch Micro Filter System this sander is not only effective but leaves the workshop cleaner (extraction hose can be fitted if required).
