Hotjar is an analytics and feedback tool which helps us to improve the usability of our site. Hotjar sets persistent cookies for analytics purposes and to display the correct content to our visitors. We use the Emarsys customer engagement platform, that sets cookies, to monitor the performance of our email newsletters and social marketing. This allows us to identify if a subscriber has clicked through to our website from an email or to attribute revenue to a particular campaign. We also use Emarsys to track and target our subscribers and visitors with product recommendations that we believe will be of interest to them (recommendations such as "We think you'll like", "Other customers were interested in" etc).
