This Pen Turning Starter Kit comprises 4 of our most popular twist pen kits, along with 4 different pen blanks. The blanks include 2 acrylic, plus an oak and a walnut blank. By the time you have finished the kits, you will have become an experienced pen turner.

These are excellent quality kits, which are straightforward to turn and construct, and make reliable writing implements when completed. Having had the pleasure of making them, they make great presents, giving someone else the pleasure of owning a unique pen.

Each pen kit includes a tungsten carbide tipped refill to provide smooth, trouble-free writing.

If using an Axminster Pen mandrel to turn these pens, the bushes supplied with the mandrel are the correct diameter for these kits. The only other requirement being a 7mm drill bit to bore the blanks.
