This 75mm diameter axe sharpening stone is double-sided. The coarse side is 180 grit and the fine side 600 grit. Shaped with an all around finger recess, it is easy to hold and more importantly much safer, keeping your fingertips out of harm’s way.
Lubricate with water and use in a circular rubbing action. Regular use will keep your axe in prime condition. Supplied in a leather case with a press-stud fastening and hole for a lanyard or carabiner style snap hook.
