The Cabineo X starter set includes: 80 x Cabineo X, 40 x Cabineo 12 screw, 20 x Cabineo 8 screw, 20 x Cabineo 8 M6 screw, 20 x Cabineo X shelf support 5mm, 20 x Cabineo X shelf support 3mm, 40 x white cover caps, Cabineo X screw in aid and a Cabineo hexagon bit 1/4" GL 80mm.

Cabineo X is a one piece connector, designed to joint cabinet panels for applications such as making corner connections, dividing wall connections, fixed/adjustable shelves, bookshelves and more due to its high clamping force. Its design means it can be machined on all CNC machines, with no edge drilling and can be pressed into material with a minimum of 12mm thickness. Cabineo X can be used with a variety of material types including chipboard, MDF, plywood, hard/soft woods and more.

The Cabineo X connector fits into a drilled or routed recess, which is machined solely from the surface. No edge drilling is required. Compared with a cam and dowel, the Cabineo X connector offers more efficient machining and faster assembly. Its open, multifunctional housing ensures you can use the connector with the varying Cabineo screws or shelf pins. Insert a Cabineo screw from the top and screw into the counterpart using the hexagon bit. This means it is possible to lay your shelves/cabinet tops onto the screw or shelf pin for simplified assembly.

When using with screws, the Cabineo X is perfect for easy installation of shelves that are already joined into cabinets, or for when assembling corner joints. Plus, combined with shelf supports, the Cabineo X prevents shelves from being pulled out or lifted off, ideal for open shelving or for caravans and shipbuilding.

The Cabineo X connectors are compatible with all Cabineo products including cover caps, tools, accessories and connectors.

The body of the Cabineo X connector is made of fibreglass, reinforced plastic. Size 33.8 x 16.5 x 10.8mm. Installation tolerance: Long ± 0.5mm.
