Veritas has upgraded the clamp mechanism for the depth stop on the Veritas Small Plough Plane. This change provides greater clamping force to the depth stop shaft. It reduces the chance of accidentally pushing the depth stop to a new position while the plane is in use. This new clamp mechanism is compatible with all existing small plough planes. Planes purchased after 1 March 2016 include this upgraded depth stop.
