The Axminster Professional T-Rule is designed to provide error-free marking, enhancing the precision of your projects. It simplifies marking relative to your workpiece's end or edge, drawing lines parallel or perpendicular to the edge, and making vertical measurements.
Simply select the chosen slot or hole, insert a 0.5mm mechanical pencil, and mark the measurement with dead-on accuracy. Understanding the issues woodworkers experience, the T-Rule is incredibly thin to eliminate the parallax problems of thicker rulers.
Enjoy end/edge marking by aligning the T-Bar with your workpiece's end or edge to mark measurements accurately. For parallel line drawing; slide the T-Bar along the workpiece edge, using the holes to guide your pencil for parallel lines. The same applies for perpendicular line drawing; use the T-Rule's edge for perpendicular lines, ensuring the T-Bar is in place. For vertical measurements, utilise the T-Rule's end scale for vertical measurements by positioning it at the T-Bar's end.
The T-Rule comes fully assembled. However, if the thumb screws are loosened, you can adjust the T-bar by repositioning the T-Rule against the T-Bar's indexing lip before tightening for consistent accuracy. Supplied with a mechanical pencil and refills for added convenience. Available in 300mm or 400mm options.
