    Useful for planing cuts, trimming end grain, vee and finishing cuts. It has rounded edges to help when cutting beads and is also ideal for cleaning up the surface left by the roughing gouge. The blade is M2 high speed steel that has been cryogenically treated. This ensures that the edge lasts 5 times longer than typical high speed steel. The blade is fitted to a well-shaped, Ash wood handle that provides a strong and sturdy grip. Supplied in a cardboard tube, 100% recyclable.
