Based on an original idea from the Blind Woodturner, these collars clamp onto any of the Axminster Woodturning tool rests. Once secured onto either end of the tool rest, they form stops to limit the travel of your turning tool along the rest. The collars can form a useful stop marking your chisel's position when performing repeat turning. The split collar design ensures there is no danger of damage or burring of the tool rest. Fitting one of these collars prevents your chisel accidently sliding off the end of the tool rest. Size 45mm outer diameter with 19.05mm (3/4") bore, supplied in pairs complete with hex key.
