Don’t waste your Thermelt Knot Filler. This flexible silicone mould minimises waste.

When changing to a new knot filler colour, it is recommended to cut the stick as pulling it out of the hot melt gun could damage the feed mechanism. Use the Knot Filler Saver to form new sticks of excess Knot Filler that otherwise would be discarded. Simply fill the Knot Filler Saver from one of the sides. Until you see the colour change come through. Allow these new sticks to cool and harden then ‘pop’ them out and seal in a bag for later re-use.

The Knot Filler Saver is a useful tool and a good way to ensure as much use as possible with minimum waste.
