Festool RTS 400 REQ-PLUS Palm Sander

Relatively light in weight, this sander is comfortable and controllable for single-handed use. It is easy to use even for extended periods of time, efficient and clean. This rectangular pad, orbital sander is ideal for sanding in small spaces, sanding small surfaces and for final finish sanding. It is as quiet as a finishing sander can be, operates smoothly, weighs just 1.2kg and is perfectly balanced. The high speed and small orbit diameter just 2.0mm leaves an excellent finish. The electronic speed control ensures the sander maintains its speed under load and transfers all 250W of power directly to the work surface. It features Festool’s reliable CLEANTEC extraction connecting system. Connecting it to a vacuum results in virtually zero sanding dust left on the surface you are sanding or in the air. Alternatively, you can use the durable, reusable long-life chip collection bag supplied with the machine. It comes in a Systainer case along with a PROTECTOR, for smooth sanding along window surfaces, frames and panelling, plus a long-life dust bag and pack of abrasives.
