Increased table width

Saw design
The motor and saw arbor assembly is mounted on trunnions bolted onto the chassis, a feature which is reserved for much larger saws. This improves adjustability and allows for a much smoother blade rise and tilt function.
Dual dust extraction ports
Keep the saw line clear with a 63mm blade guard hose connection to clear above the blade, as well as a 100mm rear outlet to clear below.

The AW254TS Workshop table saw bench brings the cutting capacity of the trade workshop into the home workshop.
The saw features a quiet 1,500W induction motor, an important consideration in a residential neighbourhood. The generous cast iron table comes with the benefit 19mm mitre fence T-slots on the right and left of the blade, allowing your workpiece to run smoothly across the table. A 254mm Axcaliber Premium 40 tooth blade, offers a maximum 80mm depth of cut for quality cutting. The full length rip fence includes a sliding sub fence with high/low functions.
The tilt and height adjustment mechanism is bolted to the chassis as opposed to the underside of the table. The result is exceptionally smooth operation and adjustability, without any weight hanging beneath the table causing stress. The tilt and height adjustments allow you to achieve a range of cuts for varied applications.
Efficient dust extraction from above the blade and below the table is brought to a single 100mm dust port for connection to an extractor. The NVR switch includes a separate locking Emergency Stop function. Removable side panels to allow cleaning and maintenance. The AW254TS is supplied with left, right and rear extension tables, giving you a total table width of 1,060mm. This is particularly useful for cutting longer pieces of wood or sheet materials.
The stand has a splayed leg design to ensure stability even when cutting large or heavy work pieces. The legs and cross braces are powder coated steel. The stand raises your saw to a comfortable height and rubber feet prevent the saw from moving when in use.
