Purchasing the AW2606B puts a powerful large capacity bandsaw in your workshop. A machine on which you can depend on to accurately slice thin veneers or resaw large chunks of timber, (we offer a wide range of blades for every task).

A powerful, quiet and reliable alloy bodied induction motor drives the bandsaw through a multi V-belt . A choice of two blade speeds, gives you the right speed for any task.

The AW2606B has a strong fabricated steel frame with a cast iron table and mountings. The generously sized, cast iron table has a standard 19mm mitre fence slot. The rip fence cam locks solidly to the front rail. Twin scales allow the fence to be used either side of the blade.

Bearing guides offer excellent support for increased accuracy. A rack and pinion system provides easy adjustment of the upper blade guide.

The two dust extraction points are interconnected and joined to a single 100mm outlet for coupling to a suitable extractor. Supplied with a splayed leg steel stand with rubber feet and a UK made general purpose 1/2" x 4tpi blade.
