Almost invisible, the Clamex S-20 connector creates strong joints at varying angles, without the need for adhesive and clamps in the panel joints. Detachable and permanent, the joint just has a small 6mm hole visible to operate the level clamp. Cabinet makers, joiners, carpenters, interior fitters, shop and exhibition fitters and people in the furniture industry would all benefit from using the Clamex S-20.

Using a standard biscuit jointer blade, a 4mm slot is cut for the connector, with a 6mm hole then drilled to access the lever. Screw the connector into the joint, align the parts together and tighten – it’s that simple.

Being 4mm in thickness, the connector is suitable for narrow materials and allows installation into the edge of materials from 16mm thickness. The strong connector is detachable and can be taken apart numerous times without noticeable wear. When on site, there is minimal assembly time with full prefabrication possible. It is stackable with no protruding parts on the surface and is easy and efficient to install. There are no additional positioning parts such as dowels or tongues required. Tolerance lateral ± 0,1 mm (max.± 0 mm).

Made of fibreglass reinforced plastic with a zinc die-cast allow lever. Size 59 x 12 x 3.9mm. Screw size 3 x 12mm. (Screw pre-drilling may be required in some materials such as chipboard).
