12 Days of Christmas Competition Terms and Conditions

  1. All orders placed online, in store or by telephone over £50 (including VAT), exclusive of any carriage/postage charges, will be entered into a draw to win a £50 Gift Card.
  2. Draws will take place the next working day using a random generator.
  3. A draw will take place for each day’s qualifying orders between 1st December 2017 to the 12th December 2017.
  4. All qualifying orders placed over the length of the competition period will be entered into the final draw for £500 Gift Card
  5. Entry is open to all customers placing qualifying orders except employees of Axminster Tool Centre Ltd (and their families).
  6. Entrants must be aged 18 or over. Proof of identity and age may be required.
  7. The prizes are as stated, are not transferable to another individual and no cash or other alternatives will be offered.
  8. Axminster Tool Centre Ltd reserves the right to amend or alter the terms of competitions at any time and reject entries from entrants not entering into the spirit of the competition.
  9. The winners agree to the use of their name and will co-operate with any other reasonable requests by Axminster Tool Centre Ltd relating to any post-winning publicity.
  10. Winners will be drawn at random from all qualifying entries received by the closing date(s) stated within the promotional material.
  11. Reasonable efforts will be made to contact the winner(s). If the winner(s) cannot be contacted, or are unable to comply with these terms and conditions, the Promoter reserves the right to offer the prize to the next eligible entrant drawn at random.
  12. Failure to respond and/or provide an address for delivery, or failure to meet the eligibility requirements may result in forfeiture of the prize.
  13. Confirmation of the prize will be made in writing to the winner(s).
  14. Competitions may be modified or withdrawn at any time.
