The CONTURO is a hand-guided electric power tool for edgebanding and is a complete system solution to create the perfect edge with virtually invisible joins, being easy to operate and producing excellent results, both on rectangular components and complex free shapes. It is ideal for manufacturing small batches as well as individual solutions that require the quick attachment of high quality edging, even on curved, convex or concave shapes. The system also includes a unique self-contained cartridge gluing system that allows rapid colour changes, allows the adhesive to melt easily and, in addition, will not boil or deteriorate. The CONTURO can attach edging to curves with an inner radius of 50mm and minimum outer radius of 25-30mm. It uses a clear digital display that provides guidance throughout all stages, showing information such as glue level, temperature and speed. Depending on the material, it’s easy to attach edging with a height of 18-65mm and a thickness of 0.5-3.0mm. As it is so versatile and easy to operate, the CONTURO represents a genuine system solution for manufacturing individual shaped parts as well as attaching edges to workpieces or items of furniture produced in small batches. Using the appropriate accessories, the machine can also be mounted into a table for stationary use.
