This package includes the compact DEROS II 5650CV sander with 200 Abranet® ACE abrasive discs and anti-static extraction hose.

The DEROS II has to be the most compact random orbit sander on the market today. It is supplied with both 125mm and 150mm pads that can be simply swapped over. The body of the machine houses a unique, upgraded 400W brushless motor with motor control technology. With its small body and low weight of just 1kg, it is perfect for all prolonged use in almost any position - flat, overheard or vertical.

The control and smoothness is excellent with the motor giving constant speed even under load; it is fitted with soft start and electronic brake. The sanding speed is adjustable, with the range covering 4,000 - 10,000 rpm. The updated design makes it easy for the operator to change; LED indicators are located on the speed selector, together with a separate on/off switch and lockable speed for optimum control. The DEROS II also features a closed construction so that no dust can enter the machine, causing wear. The power cord is exchangeable.

The 125mm and 150mm backing pads can be exchanged quickly to suit your application; both pads have a universal hole pattern to enable the fitting of many different makes and types of abrasive disc.

Mirka Abranet® ACE abrasive has been developed for those tougher and more demanding sanding applications. Due to its optimised net construction and ceramic grit, it gives a superior cutting performance on hard wood (for example, beech and oak) as well as fast cutting on various solid surface materials.

Abranet® ACE is also excellent for all paint sanding applications, with optimal performance and an enhanced disc life.

The anti-static extraction hose has a 27mm outlet, is 4m in length and is supplied with adaptor. The swivel exhaust outlet on the machine is also antistatic. One of the key features of the Mirka DEROS II is the enhanced Bluetooth low energy technology, which helps you reduce your exposure to vibration.
