Two-year warranty (registration required)
Upon purchase of any Shaper tool, you will receive an email to register your machine. In doing so you will receive the following benefits.
- A 24-month machine guarantee
- Full repair of your machine, free of charge
- A dedicated live support phone line, direct to Shaper Tools.
- If the support team cannot solve the problem, the customer will receive a replacement.
Shaper Pro Care
Available to those who purchase Shaper Origin with Shaper Pro Care included.
Designed with the professional Origin owner in mind, Shaper Pro Care is an enhanced warranty support package. With Shaper Pro Care, you will have access to our Hot Swap tool replacement service, reducing the possibility of project delays and helping ensure you meet your deadlines.
If you experience a problem with your Origin and our support team is unable to resolve the issue in the field, the tool will be immediately exchanged for a replacement unit. All costs are covered by Shaper.
Shaper Pro Care also includes priority live phone support, reserved for Shaper Pro Care customers. The phone line is available in English between the hours of 9.00 am - 5.00 pm Greenwich Mean Time/British Summer Time (Monday - Friday).
