The FLB500 is a manually operated machine that is capable of producing high quality bends in plastic sheets up to 10mm thick, from standard materials up to 500mm wide.
Operating from a normal 230V domestic electrical supply the FLB500 Line Bender is easy to use and devoid of any complicated controls. In education the machine is ideal for training applications where students are tasked to produce items in a range of materials and thicknesses. In industry it can help produce machine guards or display accessories e.g. menu holders, price holders etc. The Formech FLB500 comes complete with a dedicated cooling jig designed to maintain the desired angle of the heat-bent plastic whilst cooling.
