This ready to buy package includes a spiral cutter block, which offers numerous advantages; notably quieter in use, the sheer cutting action of the spiral block also produces a super smooth finish with no visible lines across the board. Fitted with 3 spirals and 66 knives, the spiral block features 56 15mm solid tungsten cutters in a helical pattern. Lasting ten times longer than HSS, when the edge of the square tungsten cutter dulls, it can be rotated to a fresh and sharp edge, removing the need for complicated knife changes. By producing smaller chips, strain on the machine is reduced and extraction is more efficient.
