These hand pads from Mirka are a unique, multi-functional fine finishing medium for very fine sanding applications. They have many uses such as cutting back and denibbing paints, varnishes and lacquers prior to polishing. They are also excellent for applying oil finishes to wooden surfaces and cleaning and matting surfaces. The silicon carbide abrasive is resin bonded to a foam backing so is exceptional for use on contoured surfaces. The fabric backing enables attachment to hook and loop sanding blocks. Can be used either wet or dry. Available in 115 x 140mm x 600g, 1,000g, 2,000g and 4,000g.
