This is a four-flute, 50mm diameter TCT router cutter for cutting tenons or flattening a slab of timber with repeated cuts. It has a 20mm cutting depth. Two of the cutting edges are down-shear blades for the shoulder and the other two up-shear for a clean face to the tenon. This cutter is designed for tenoning where a large area needs to be recessed or for surface flattening. It has a 58mm long shank for improved reach when used in a router table.
Shank diameter 1/2", overall Length: 78mm, maximum speed 18,000rpm.
Note: This is a large cutter for use in a router table or the Trend RS/JIG Router Surfacing Jig only.
