A very clever red plastic biscuit with barbs moulded onto the surface. They are used in standard No. 20 biscuit slots for dry assembly of joints as a fitting aid for giving workpieces which are difficult to clamp. Used in conjunction with wooden Lamello biscuits, the barbs ensure a secure fit for the plates in the joint.
