The Shaper 6.35mm x 38mm (1/4"x 1.1/2") Upcut Spiral Bit instantly clears waste out of the cut. Made from solid carbide these cutters ensure a very clean and smooth fast action, greatly reducing tearout, leaving a smooth finish, and is extremely durable. Suitable for wood, man-made timber products, acrylics and non-ferrous metals. Cutting depth up to 1.1/2" in depth.
It has a 1/4" shank with the added benefit of a longer overall length and a longer cutting length for deeper passes and improved stability in deep channels.
N.B please ensure your workpiece is securely clamped when using upcut bits.
