This special connector is for the Lamello Zeta jointer. The Medius is a centre panel connector, allowing you to put them back to back in a board with a minimum thickness of 16mm (max 30mm). The Zeta and Clamex P system allows you to overcome so many jointing problems, forming a strong almost invisible joint that requires no clamping and is also detachable. This is a truly amazing connector with a host of uses. The Medius is a 2 piece biscuit shaped fitting with a 'T' profile that slides in place, no screws or glue are needed. Having a pivot lever and two alignment studs, this lever is driven using a hexagon key though the 6mm hole, locking the fitting together forming a very secure joint. The required slot is cut using a Lamello Zeta biscuit jointer specially developed for this application, cutting the slot and adding the 'T' to the bottom using a unique vertical mechanical drive. Overall length is 66mm, one half has a depth of 13.5mm, the other 8mm, it is 7mm in width (10mm o/a with 'T').
