This RO150FEQ Rotex sander from Festool is more powerful, economical and ergonomic and few other sanders offer such control and high finish. Rotex was the very first geared eccentric sander and set ground-breaking standards with its innovative 3-in-1 principle. Coarse sanding, fine sanding or polishing, it does the work of three tools. The powerful motor and long life gear unit gives high performance under load, fitted with an MPE 'MULTI-JETSTREAM 2' sanding backing pad.
The MULTI-JETSTREAM 2 pad works using intake air and exhaust air to generate airflow transporting the sanding dust away from the pads surface so that the abrasive wears evenly without clogging as well as keeping the surface at a low temperature. The result is almost 100% dust extraction for an improved rate of material removal, a better finish and a healthy working environment. Made from MPE high tear resistant material the pad is also very durable.
Supplied with MPE sanding base (soft), edge protector and Systainer® T-LOC SYS3 storage case.
