For many years, Axminster has produced a standard carbon steel bandsaw blade and it’s been the ‘blade of choice’ for many users, especially so when upgrading from the original (which may often be of inferior quality) supplied with their machine.
‘Standard blades’ are best described as general purpose and are fit for all those normal tasks in the workshop where a smooth, good quality, ‘no fuss’ performance is required, day in and day out.
Axcaliber Standard Blades are economical to purchase, being available in a huge array of lengths, blade widths and tooth configurations. As well as Axminster bandsaws, they’re suitable for virtually all machines from different manufactures currently available or even some of those that are no longer in production.
