The RJH Gerbil 2010 Vacuum Form Trimmer is ideally suited for Design and Technology workshops in schools and colleges and prototype packaging applications. It offers simple and safe trimming of vacuum formed parts. The 2010 is a versatile and cost effective trimming solution.
The Gerbil 2010 Trimmer features a height adjustable 32mm diameter Tungsten Carbide Disc, which trims around vacuum formed mouldings. This trimming disc runs at 1,380 rpm, which results in a safer method of trimming. The disc will not cut fingers even if touched accidentally.
The Gerbil 2010 features a thick MDF worktop mounted on a steel frame. Compact and bench-mounted with adjustable levelling feet, the Gerbil 2010 is easy to accommodate and position.
The Gerbil 2010 complies with UK COSHH regulations, the European Machinery Directive and with the BS 4163:2014 “Health and Safety for Design and Technology in schools and similar establishments” regulations. All RJH education machines carry a 24 month warranty and are supplied with an operating manual.
