The Aerofix F-AF 1 guide rail uses the vacuum produced by your dust extractor to form a secure connection to your workpiece. Used with Mafell guided saws and other compatible tools, the suction created prevents movement during cuts. The vacuum adapter can be connected to the top or bottom of the guide rail to suit the work in hand. The vacuum adaptor connects both the Aerofix guide rail adapter and your saw, providing dust extraction during the cut.

Mafell's unique Aerofix F-AF 1 guide rail is 1,300mm overall with a cutting length of 1,100mm. The Aerofix system can be extended using Mafell guide rails (F 160, F 110, F 80) and a connector.

The Aerofix suction track also fits the Bosch GKT55 plunge saw.

Larger Mafell saws (MKS 130Ec, MKS 165 Ec, MKS 185 Ec and ZSX TWIN Ec) require a 58/35mm Reducing Socket.

Cutting depth is reduced by 5.5mm when using the rail.

Saw blade will remove a portion of the rubber splinter guard on the first cut, calibrating the rubber exactly to your blade’s kerf.
