What are you getting?

The A.24 is driven by high precision 16mm ball screws on each axis. There are no pulleys, drive belts or gearboxes, which would add vibration and reduce precision. This is combined with prismatic linear guide rails, which have very low friction in the direction of travel; this increases the accuracy of movement and contributes to the high precision of the machine. Powerful stepper motors run all three axes, for smooth and accurate machining. A 2.2kw liquid cooled spindle (instead of air cooled) increases the lifespan of your machine and improves performance.

An aluminium tabletop with integrated MDF spoil board sits on top of a steel frame. The A.24 has a 610 mm x 1,220 mm tabletop, which can handle larger projects than the A.22 whilst still an ideal size for most workshops. T-slots in the tabletop and spoil board allow for easy clamping, and the spoil board gives you peace of mind by protecting your aluminium top from any mis-cuts. The machine’s steel base is rigid and sturdy and fits perfectly onto the optional i2R Stand. Cable management is built into the design, so all cables are organised and protected on XY and Z axes.

The i2R CNC router series maximizes UCCNC software capabilities, offering real-time 3D feedback during cuts. You can control every aspect of your CNC machine directly from your computer. The A.24 is configured for conductive tool touch off sensing and is 4th axis ready.
