Just loosen each knife and rotate to a fresh edge when blunt. The blades are positioned on a spiral for a low noise and clean cut. The block is 100mm high, 80mm diameter and made from high tensile alloy for low weight and strength. Best results between 4,000 to 6,000 rpm (max speed 9,000 rpm). Replacement cutters 14mm x 14mm x 2mm (code: 507240).
