The Mafell PSS3100SE is a unique rail-guided, portable, automatic panel saw. The PSS3100SE brings all the advantages of a large static panel saw in a package that can be easily transported. The guide rail can be separated into two and the whole unit weighs less than 18.5kg.

With a cutting length up to 3,100mm and cutting depth of 45mm it is ideally suited to processing sheet and board materials, wherever it’s needed.

The saw and rail system can make plunge cuts or stopped cuts. It has a scoring feature for splinter free results in coated boards. Blades are available to suit a wide variety of materials from plywood and OSB to gypsum and cement board. The rail features non-slip inserts on the underside and does not require clamps.

The blade speed and feed rate are selected on the control pane, then you just press the rocker switch and the saw does the rest. At the end of the cut press the opposite side of the rocker switch and the saw automatically returns to the starting point.

Since you remain at the control point the PSS3100SE is safe to use. It includes an automatic riving knife that drops into place once the blade has reached the cutting depth.

Dust extraction is highly effective. The innovative blade guard in conjunction with the integrated suction channel in the rail eliminates practically all dust when connected to a suitable vacuum extractor.
