The Stanley FatMax Folding Jab Saw has a 3-position blade locking mechanism. This lets you use the Jab Saw with the blade at 90°, 135° or 180°, whichever angle offers the best approach to the work. When not in use, the blade folds neatly into the handle. Once folded you can safely carry the Jabsaw in an apron pocket, or throw in your toolbox without getting blunted, damaging other tools or becoming a hazard.
Designed for fast, easy cuts in plasterboard, the 130mm high carbon steel blade has triple bevelled teeth ground at 8tpi. The tip has a sharp point for punching through plasterboard.
The handle is comfortable and secure, with an anti-slip bi-material grip and an index finger notch for greater safety.
