The canteen provides subsidised food, internet facilities, a snack machine, papers, sofa area and free tea/coffee/squash.
Government scheme – allows employees to purchase a bicycle through Axminster and save up to 50% on the recommended retail price.
The duvet day policy allows you to take a single paid day off work, up to a maximum of two a year, without advance written notice. Employees are not required to state any reason for wanting to take a day off work.
Free Eye Tests
An employee who uses a display screen full time is entitled to a free eye test. Under some circumstances the company will contribute towards the cost of the lenses.

A benefit from the canteen that entitles staff to a selection of fruit, free of charge, every Friday.

25% reduction on membership fees for all Leisure East Devon (LED) gyms. LED Leisure has sports centres/facilities in Axminster, Honiton, Colyton, Seaton, Sidmouth and Exmouth as well as pool facilities in Honiton, Exmouth, Seaton and Sidmouth.
Each employee is entitled to 28 days holiday per year including all public/bank holidays. The company also awards extra holiday entitlement in respect of length of service which will increase to 31 days after 5 complete years of service.

The company operates a Self Invested Personal Pension (SIPP) Scheme, known as the Axminster Tools (Axminster) scheme. All employees can join the scheme after completing their probationary period. The company also operates an auto enrolment scheme which will automatically enrol all eligible employees following completion of your 3-month probationary period.

After one year's service the Company may, at its absolute discretion, provide an additional benefit over and above any entitlement to Statutory Sick Pay for absence due to sickness. A maximum of 12 weeks' sickness pay is payable in any 12 month period.
