The Fuji D6 sets a new standard in turbine paint sprayers. With greater control, minimal overspray, remote operation, and the ability to spray thick paints effortlessly it’s the ultimate all-in-one turbine setup.
Designed for professionals and serious DIYers, the D6 features a powerful 6-stage motor rated at 11.5 PSI, delivering exceptional performance across a range of applications. It is available with three spray gun configurations to suit different needs. The T75G comes with a standard 600cc top-mounted gravity cup and features a non-bleed design, a side-mounted pattern control knob for easy fan size adjustment, and continuous positive pressure during spraying. The T70 includes a large 900cc bottom-fed fluid cup and shares the same non-bleed design and side-mounted pattern control for consistent, smooth application. For more detailed work and tight spaces, the G-XPCâ„¢ spray gun offers a compact, lightweight body with a 400cc gravity-fed cup, an ergonomic angled design for better balance, and a side-mounted pattern control knob. Its non-bleed operation ensures cleaner results with reduced overspray.
The Fuji D6 is designed to handle high-viscosity coatings with minimal or no thinning required, making it ideal for spraying latex and urethane paints straight from the can. This eliminates the need for time-consuming prep work and ensures a smooth, professional finish.
Engineered for efficient and cooler operation, the D6 is designed to prolong motor life and maximize return on investment. Unlike traditional turbine sprayers with a dial, the D6 uses six distinct pressure stages that can be selected at the touch of a button. This allows you to replicate precise spray settings every time, which is especially valuable for repeat projects and professional jobs. An integrated wireless remote control is built into the system, letting you turn the turbine on or off without walking back to the unit. This improves workflow efficiency and gives you more control over your setup.
The D6 features a convenient flip-out gun holder that folds away into the unit when not in use. This is particularly useful for gravity-feed guns and saves space without needing a separate stand. It also includes an upgraded dual-stage filtration system, featuring a high-efficiency pleated filter and foam pre-filters on both ends of the turbine. These filters are easy to access and replace, helping to protect the internal components and extend the life of the unit.
Designed with portability in mind, the D6 has a compact, ergonomic form with a large carry handle, making it easy to move around your workshop or transport to the job site. Finally, the D6 comes with a full kit of accessories - including a 9m flexible whip hose, 1.8mm air cap set, 19-piece gun cleaning kit, wet film gauge and spare filters - so you can get started right away with everything you need for professional-grade results.
