The smallest product in the Festool 12V range but it packs a strong, cordless punch, and a welcome companion to the Festool 18V family.
Built to the highest quality with a long service life that Festool pride's themselves on, the CXS 12 is no exception, its compact, cordless, strong and precise, your perfect go to tool when you need to get into tight spaces or narrow corners. The CXS has a 'C' shape handle and is very comfortable to use.
Powered by a 12V Li-ion battery (included) combined with the maintenance free brushless E-Tec motor for unrivaled performance, along with electronic variable speed control with torque shut off to give the right screwdriving force in any material.

The FastFix interface makes the CXS 12 fully compatible with the full range of Festool FastFix attachments. The interface also allows 1/4" shank bits to be inserted directly lessening the drill length even further for tight areas. The 3 chucks supplied are CENTROTEC, 10mm keyless chuck and FastFix Angle attachment.

The CENTROTEC tool chuck offers incredibly quick changing between drilling, countersinking and screwdriving bits. The 10mm keyless chuck can take standard 1/4" hex fitting bits and round shank accessories up to 10mm shank and the FastFix Angle Attachment is perfect for tight spaces and has a 1/4" direct bit holder or you can add either CENTROTEC or 10mm Chuck.

The CXS 12 comes fitted with an LED light for working in dark, cramped corners and, 1/4" hex bits can be inserted directly into the FastFix spindle for screwdriving or drilling in tight spaces. The practical magnetic bit holder on the drill provides handy storage.
