The UJK 1/4" Circle Cutting Jig is designed to deliver precise, smooth and repeatable circles, discs and arcs with ease, making it an essential routing accessory for any workshop. As part of the latest evolution of the Parf range, it offers exceptional accuracy without the need for a grid workbench. Engineered for control and consistency, the jig allows you to mark, set and rout circles from 40mm up to 1,251mm in diameter, adjustable in 1mm increments for exact results every time.
Designed for use with both 1/4" and 1/2" routers, every element of the jig works together to remove guesswork and improve accuracy. The integrated precision drill guide ensures perfectly straight pilot holes, essential for creating true, consistent circles, while the calibrated spiral scale allows for quick, repeatable setup. A secure pivot system with 3mm pivot holes and pin keeps the jig firmly in place, enabling smooth, controlled routing. Indents around the base plate aid stability and controlled movement during operation, with clear markings for both 6mm and 12mm cutters.
Used with the supplied 16mm guide bush and 6mm solid carbide upcut spiral cutter, the jig produces clean, efficient cuts with excellent chip clearance, whether cutting through material or creating recesses. For larger diameters, the included extension arm maintains accuracy while allowing smooth movement across the workpiece.
Suitable for use on solid wood, MDF, plywood, chipboard and plastic sheet, it offers consistent precision across a wide range of materials. For increased cutting depth in thicker materials, a 12mm cutter is available separately.
The jig is supplied as a complete kit including the extension arm, drill guide, drill bit, guide bush, cutter and pivot pins, although a guide bush adaptor is required to suit your router (sold separately).
