These 254mm diameter TCT tipped saw blades have sharp cutting point and edges for a better cut quality without chipping or splinters. As alternate top bevel blades (ATB), they are generally used for cross-cutting natural timber, plywood, veneer or hardboard. The alternating bevels on the top teeth create a sharp cutting edge, resulting in smooth cuts. Engineered with tensioned, ground plates, featuring laser-cut anti-vibration expansion slots to ensure smooth, stable operation. The cutting edges are formed from fine, micro grain tungsten carbide tips, which are CNC brazed and automatically ground to a razor-sharp finish, delivering clean, accurate cuts even in demanding applications.
