100mm aluminium limiter cutter block, with 30mm bore, which designed to accept the range of Euro cutters and limiters shown within this section. This 100mm block will accept both 40 x 4mm and 50 x 4mm Euro cutters plus the 40 x 4mm and 55 x 4mm Whitehill cutters. For those who are unfamiliar with spindle moulder tooling, limiters are a safety device designed to limit the amount of cut taken by the cutters on each rotation of the block. They take the form of a dummy cutter with the profile cut slightly below the cutter profile and with the sharp edges removed. They fit into the slots in the block in front of the main cutters and are secured by the same wedge as the cutters. The blocks are supplied with a pair of rebate knives and limiters.
