A table saw in a Systainer, and cordless, and powerful, and accurate, and versatile; the CSC SYS 50 cordless table saw is all of these. The Systainer format makes it easily transportable particularly for mobile professionals. The CSC SYS 50 is fully compatible with the entire Festool Systainer system. This unique saw offers workshop performance on site.
Power comes from two 18V batteries (from 4.0Ah) in combination with a brushless EC-TEC motor, resulting in performance more than comparable to a mains-powered machine. NOTE: this is a body only machine supplied without batteries or charger. The brushless EC-TEC motor with high speeds of 6,800 rpm guarantees fast sawing progress.
The CSC SYS 50 allows you to make parallel rip cuts of up to 280mm wide and cross-cut widths of up to 450mm. The maximum depth of cut is 48mm and the blade tilt; from -10° to 47°.
The outstanding feature has to be the digital display for both blade height and blade tilt. Select the function, then turn the knob to set the depth of cut to within 0.1mm or the blade angle to within 0.1°. Reproducing cuts couldn’t be more accurate, the digital display ensures precise results. Four saw blade positions can be saved and selected via the digital display. The height and angle are electrically adjusted at the press of a button.
On the left hand side the super smooth sliding table and mitre crosscut fence allow cutting up to 450mm in front of the blade and mitre angles from -70° to +70°. On the right hand side a fold down table extension and rip fence allow cuts of up to 280mm wide. The rip fence locks front and back with a single clamping lever.
Supplied with 42 tooth TCT saw blade and chip collection bag. Alternatively, it can be connected to a suitable vacuum dust extractor.
The blade guard and riving knife can be quickly removed for grooving or rebate cuts and just as easily re-installed. The Systainer lid features storage for the fences, blade guard, dust bag and spare blade.
At the end of the day the Systainer hood securely clips in place over the saw, allowing easy transportation and protection.
