Festool’s TS 60 plunge saw sets new standards in performance and safety. The TS 60 offers a massive maximum depth of cut of 62mm, even when used with a guide rail, you still have 57mm. A unique anti kickback system, protects you from injury and damage to your work. The kickback stop can be manually deactivated, when working without a guide rail on uneven material. The kickback stop is automatically reactivated the next time the saw is switched on. This saw combines precision, flexibility and high performance with enhanced safety.

With the latest generation brushless EC-TEC motor, the TS 60 is compact, virtually maintenance-free and powerful. Fitted with a thin kerf saw blade, the high speed 6,800 rpm EC-TEC motor ensures quick results.

The TS 60 is easy to operate and precise. Accurate bevel cuts can be made at angles from -1° to +47°. Depth of cut with a dual indicator and fine adjustment guarantees exact setting. A transparent sliding viewing window and additional markings provide a view of the blade’s start and end point, prior to making a plunge cut. Dust extraction is highly effective when connected to a suitable extractor. The viewing window can be lowered for virtually dust free working.

The FastFix spindle stop makes it extremely easy to change the saw blade. The slimline blade housing allows cutting up to a wall as close as 12mm.

The TS 60 can be combined with the FS standard rail system and the FSK cross-cutting guide rail, forming a portable and easy-to-use compound mitre saw system.
