The DeWalt DWE625KT 1/2" plunge router has power to spare with its 2,300W motor. To handle this much power, DeWalt has created a router that is both robust and refined at the same time. The ergonomic design ensures it can be handled comfortably and safely. The handles are anatomically shaped and equipped with a finger switch and a lock-on for continuous operation. The DWE625KT has a no-volt release switch to prevent accidental startup and is IEC Compliant for 2022.
The variable speed has preselection from 8,000 to 20,000 rpm. Electronic speed control keeps the speed constant under load. With such a powerful machine, the soft start feature is a must.
The easy to reach plunge lock lever puts control at your fingertips. The router has one touch plunge lock, which engages the lever and allows free plunge movement. Self lubricating phosphor bronze bushes ensure smooth plunge action, whilst the 3 turret stop and fine height adjustment allows for repeatable, accurate cuts. The parallel fence also features fine adjustment. Twin LED lights illuminate the working area around the cutter.
Dust extraction is particularly efficient via the direct airlock dust port. In addition the clear lower dust tube and cowl allows an unobstructed view.
The base uses the same geometry as the previous DW625, all current accessories and attachments fit perfectly.
Supplied with: 1/2" collet, 22 mm wrench, parallel fence with fine adjustment, suction adapter dust extraction airlock or std. 35mm adaptor compatible, all packed in a T-Stak Kitbox.
Note: This router is fitted with an Anti Restart Safety Switch and is incompatible with a seperate external NVR switch.
