The Mirka 1230M AFC wet and dry extractor is an M-Class machine fitted with an auto filter cleaning feature. Cleaning takes place every 15 seconds, ensuring a consistent high-level performance and longer filter life. M-Class vacuums must comply with strict standards. They must be capable of picking up dry, non-flammable dust and liquids, sawdust and hazardous dust with OEL (Occupational Exposure Limit) values ≥ 0.1 mg/m³ with an efficiency of 99.99%.
Dust extractors class M are suitable for vacuuming/extracting dry, non-combustible dusts, non-combustible liquids, wood dusts and hazardous dusts with STELs >0.1mg/m³.
This wet extractor from Mirka has a 1,200W motor and an air flow rating of 4500l/min. For convenience, our set comes complete with 4m x 27mm hose, connector and a fleece dust bag.
The machine’s control panel includes a selector switch for manual or automatic start and filter cleaning and a low airflow sensor with an LED and audible warning of reduced air speed. Choose the auto-start and the extractor only runs when the power tool is in use, reducing noise and extending the extractor lifetime.
The flat filter maximises available space within the 30-litre container, the filter is easily accessible for manual cleaning or replacement. The 1230 M AFC is suitable for wet and dry applications. It has a 30L capacity (wet). It also has an auto-shut off when the liquid reaches the maximum level.
The flat top design offers space for storage of tools, abrasives etc. The machine has facilities for neat onboard storage of both hose and cable, making it a tidy self-contained unit. Large front and back wheels mean the 1230 M AFC is easy to manoeuvre on uneven floors.
