The Festool CTM MIDI I is a compact M-class mobile extractor with high filtration standard of 99.9% hazardous dust as fine as 0.1 mg/m3. This is an updated version of the MIDI where the control panel has been standardised for all CT Series.
Dust extractors class M are suitable for vacuuming/extracting dry, non-combustible dusts, non-combustible liquids, wood dusts and hazardous dusts with STELs >0.1mg/m³.
It features variable suction and manual filter de-dusting for maximum efficiency. Hose detection automatically adjusts suction to the diameter of the hose in use. An innovative and intuitive touch control panel makes operating the controls extremely simple, even when wearing gloves. Fitted with integrated Bluetooth technology; it allows you to use the extractor in conjunction with a remote control or a Festool Bluetooth battery pack for automatic switching-on. Unique access to the main filter from the outside makes changing the filter quick, easy and tool-free.
The Power Take Off (PTO) feature is a plug socket, found on the wet and dry vacuum cleaner, that synchronises the operation of the vacuum cleaner with your power tool. So, when you switch on the power tool you are using, the vacuum will automatically switch on too.
The Festool CTM MIDI I includes 3.5m of conical 32/27mm smooth suction hose. This hose greatly improves efficiency. Reduced internal friction increases the airflow rate. The smooth outer skin means you no longer need worry about ribbed hose snagging on edges or inadvertently damaging a workpiece. A CLEANTEC bayonet fitting ensures a secure connection to Festool power tools for sanding, routing, sawing, etc.
The extractor has a flat top, providing space for tools and SYSTAINER cases. The top is T-LOC compatible; SYSTAINER cases lock and stack, for transporting of your other Festool power tools. The castor wheels are lockable. On-board storage for both the hose and power cable keeps everything neat for easy transportation.
The Festool CTM MIDI I is suited to both dry and wet applications (wet requires a wet filter, not supplied).
“M” class extractors vital when routing/sanding MDF, manmade boards or all solid woods (oak, beech etc).
The Festool CTM MIDI I comes with a smooth suction hose dia. 27/32 x 3.5 m AS/CT, Bluetooth functionality for extractor, remote switch-on for cordless tools, SELFCLEAN filter bag, hose holder, cable holder and SYS-Dock with T-LOC function.
