The ultimate jointing solution
Create strong and accurate joints effortlessly with this versatile biscuit jointer. With a whole range of different connector types, the Lamello Zeta system can overcome many design jointing challenges. Available as a corded or cordless machine; the cordless model is part of the 18V CAS system, allowing you to interchange 18V batteries with over 30 European manufacturers.
Precision
A unique feature to Lamello, the Zeta P2 jointer has a special vertical mechanical drive (VMD). Engaging when the jointer is at full plunge, it moves the cutter up and down in one full turn and only then disengaging to produce the ‘T’ slot, to accept the connectors. This means no glue or screws are required to hold the connector in place.
Almost invisible joints
Create precise and tight biscuit joints with the Zeta P2. With its micro-adjustment feature that ensures accurate joints for any project, you can secure any woodworking joint with ease without the need for clamping. Creating almost completely concealed joints, your workpiece will look seamless and flush.
Versatile
Expand your possibilities with Lamello’s unique connector system. Being self-clamping, it requires no additional clamping to create endless joint types and angles. Achieve the desired joint that your project requires, by easily sliding in the connectors either side of the joint, without the need for glue. Some of the connectors can also be dismantled and reconnected, making for easy transportation and assembly of projects.
User friendly
The Zeta overcomes lots of design issues and is extremely easy to use, thanks to its intuitive design and user- friendly features. Quickly change the cutting depth, adjust the fence angle and make accurate cuts and joints, in no time at all.

Connector types
With such a comprehensive range of different connector types, Lamello is never short of clamping opportunities. The Clamex and Flexus connectors are self-clamping and disconnectable, with only a 6mm hole visible on the joint. Bisco biscuits are used to align and are held in the groove due to its surface structure. Divario is a self-clamping, sliding connector which is totally invisible. Lastly, Tenso is self-locking, self-clamping and totally invisible, although cannot be dismantled. There truly is a connector for every joint.

Six decades after inventing the original biscuit jointer, Lamello has developed a cordless Zeta P2. This cordless Zeta P2 adds a new dimension to an already magnificent invention. It is designed and produced with the same care and precision as Lamello’s mains powered machines. Here you have a Swiss made cordless Zeta P2 with the freedom and convenience of a battery powered tool combined with all the functions and features of the mains powered version.
The Zeta P2 features a diamond tipped blade and a special undercut function, unique to Lamello. This function produces a T-slot allowing you to use Clamex P concealed clamping connectors and many other types of useful and unique connectors such as Tenso and Bisco.
These connectors can save a great deal of time when making cabinets and similar furniture items. There is no need for clamps and unsightly screws, panels go together quickly, accurately and securely. The P-System depth adjuster has five settings for the ever growing range of Clamex connectors.
The undercut function can be switched off and a 7mm slot will be produced for a 'Bisco' biscuit. Replace the special blade with a 4mm biscuit blade and use the Zeta P2 for standard biscuit jointing.
As with all Lamello products, design and build are of the highest quality. Other features include precise plunge with clear depth setting and jointer fences with flush sides to make positioning simple. The fence fits with 'V' grooves for accuracy and clear angle scale.
An added bonus comes in the form of the Lamello batteries. These are LIHD and have the common CAS (Cordless Alliance System) fitting. The CAS fitting is now the standard for over 30 European manufacturers (and growing). CAS already includes Mafell and Metabo.
